Earthquake rocks Japan

Per @BreakingNewsOn: "A moderate to strong earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.9 has struck 18 miles from Honshu, Japan; no tsunami warnings issued."

@tamegoeswild reported feeling the tremor from the nation's capital.

Apparently not all from Tokyo felt the quake, however.

@modernangel76 (Tokyo): @tamegoeswild I sleep through every earthquake and rarely feel the ones I am awake for. In 1.5 years I have only felt one.
